Lossiemouth Fibromyalgia Support Group

													
We are a support group that supports people suffering from Fibromyalgia  Syndrome. 
Symptoms may include widespread pain lasting 3 months or more is the main symptom, profound tiredness, fatigue, depression, IBS, foggy head, stabby pain, prickly pain, trigger points, muscle knots, bloating, joint pain, foot pain, digestive issues, mood swings, headaches, muscle spasms, buzzing sensation in ears, burning pain, unrefreshed sleep & exhaustion, among other symptoms.
We run a support group in the Football club in Macduff Street Lossiemouth, on the last Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm & also offer telephone support & individual support.
Anyone who suffers from this debilitating Illness or is affected by someone who has this is more than welcome to come along to the meetings.
We are all different & all have different symptoms at different levels and all suffer different levels of pain.
